Who This Is For
Operators who run mining hardware around the clock and cannot staff a full-time bench technician. Retainer clients typically operate 0.1 PH/s or more across multiple racks.
What Is Included
- Monthly fan inspection and dust removal
- Firmware update review and staged rollout
- Remote hash rate monitoring with alert thresholds
- Two emergency callouts per month (additional at hourly rate)
- Quarterly efficiency report comparing joules per terahash against fleet average
What Is Excluded
- Replacement ASIC units or hash boards (billed at cost plus handling)
- Structural facility repairs
- Network infrastructure outside the mining VLAN
Process
After an initial facility assessment, we propose a retainer scope matched to your rack count and SLA requirements. Most agreements begin the first of the following month.
